Future Leaders Fellows Development Network: Demographic monitoring 2023

We would like to gather some demographic details from you for the purposes of equality, diversity and inclusion monitoring. All data will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any data shared will be done so anonymously. The way in which these questions have been framed is based on guidance summarised by the Equality Diversity and Inclusion in Science and Health group which collates and summarises best practice in the UK context. 

This data enables us to build an accurate picture of the make-up of the Future Leaders Fellows Development Network and better understand how we are serving the diversity of our fellows. It also supports us to meet our statutory duties under the Equality Act 2010.
