We really appreciate you taking the time to give us your honest feedback about working at the University.

This survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. You may answer some, or all of the questions. The information you provide is anonymous and will be kept confidential.

The data you provide is collected by the Human Resources department. It is retained for 1 year and treated as confidential. Survey results are anonymous and will be analysed every 6 months to identify patterns and trends.

The insights you provide will help us to identify areas of improvement for employee retention and satisfaction. The themes reflected within the data from Exit Surveys are highlighted within an "Exit Survey: Key trends report" which is shared with the Human Resources department and can be used to identify areas for improvement.

HR Partners have access to the data and will analyse the results and provide feedback to the relevant School/Department Leadership team to recognise good behaviours and highlight and address behaviours which are out of line with relevant UoE policies (Dignity and Respect, Behaviours Charter).

Further information about how we use your data, how long we keep it and the basis for processing it, is provided in our privacy information notice for staff.
